I offer effective, professional clinical hypnotherapy, Sunshine Coast, based in Coolum Beach, or online. I have membership with the Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy Inc. As such, I am insured, accredited and bound by ethics and guidelines in helping you to achieve your aims.
Working from my clinic in Coolum Beach, I have assisted thousands of clients with a range of problems, from trauma to weight management, relationship insecurity, insomnia, low self-worth, food, alcohol and cigarette addictions, irrational fears, all levels of anxiety, grief over loss of relationship or death of a loved one, low motivation and so on. I have also assisted clients with simply wanting to be better – better partners, better learners, more focused in business, better in tune with their spiritual side, and more.
My prior experience involves working with a range of people and problems in physical and mental health, through university and hospital settings. I am not a medical doctor but earned my Doctor of Education (educational psychology) in 2012 from the University of Technology Sydney. My thesis explored how people successfully create a positive lifestyle change. Along with mastery-level training in the working of the unconscious mind, I apply these transferable skills to help you better, through Horizons Clinical Hypnotherapy Sunshine Coast.
